Our shipping charges are inclusive of processing, handling and shipping cost. Fresh leis are shipped only via FedEx overnight service. However you may select out of three options: FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx priority a.m. Delivery or FedEx Priority Saturday Delivery. We do not offer ground shipping options. Please place your orders in advance. FedEx from Hawaii is overnight to the West Coast and 2 business days to the east coast. We do not ship fresh leis over the weekend. All fragrant leis, Plumeria leis, Ti Leaf Leis, and certain kind of fresh leis can only be shipped to the west coast from Hawaii because of fragility and freshness. We will not guarantee We give our valued clients the opportunity to specify the delivery date. However, please note that we do not ship for Sunday or Monday deliveries. If you need assistance in selecting shipping options, please call us at 1-800-393-2181 or 609-720-0300 and a customer service representative will assist you with your order. We take great care in appropriately packaging and shipping your lei.
How do I care for my lei?
Fresh flower leis can last longer if they are properly cared for. Please see the section on caring for your leis': Caring for your Leis
Can I order a Custom Lei?
Yes, we will try our best to accommodate your request. For custom leis, please call us to discuss your requirements and the options we can offer.
How to Order:
Once you have chosen your product, you can order directly via our secure shopping cart system. Your product will appear in the shopping cart. If you wish to select more products, click the 'Continue Shopping' button to go back to the site for more selections. When you are done selecting your products, please click the 'Checkout' button.
How do I modify the contents of the shopping cart?
If you wish to modify the quantity of your products, please change the number in the quantity box and click 'Update'. This will change the product quantity. If you wish to delete the product you have selected in your cart, you have either of the following options: modify the product quantity to '0' (zero) and click update, or click 'Empty Cart' if you want all the contents emptied.
How do I check out?
When you are finished with this step, you can check out. Our automated system will lead you through the checkout process, page by page. Please fill out the sender information, recipient information, select the delivery date of your item and type in any message you wish to attach, in the box provided for personalized messages. After this step, you will be led to the next secure process where you will fill out information regarding your payment. You can either choose to enter credit card information or you call in your credit card details as soon as you place the order. Our able staff will be happy to assist you as always. When you finish with the checkout process, our system will generate an order tracking or reference number for you which will also be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you provide.
