This lovely slightly pink sparkling wine is usually at least 80% Pinot Noir. It has appealing toasty dry flavors which form a mlange of yeast, berry and citrus sensations on your tongue, with superb tiny bubbles. Weve found this to be one of the most reliable and enjoyable of California bubblies.
