Description

Antique is a rare fine champagne, a delicate blend of cognacs originating exclusively in the two premier districts, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Each component in the blend is distilled from wine En Lait still milky with fine less in suspension. And each one is aged separately in small casks of Limousin Oak. This traditional method allows the distinctive aroma of each component to fully develop. Antique is a light and delicate cognac. A vanilla note, floral nuances, a hint of honey, leather and vine. One the plate, Antique is mellow and supple, releasing a wealth of sustained flavor.
