Fermented in stainless steel at low temperature (14-16 degrees) resulting in fresh lifted fruit. All efforts focused on preserving and enhancing the classic flavours and aromas of this variety. Bottled immediately following primary ferment. No malo-lactic fermentation.
Color: pale to medium straw with green hues.
Bouquet: lifted citrus, melon, nectarine and passionfruit with hints of yeast and honey.
Palate: Fresh, crisp with mouth-filling citrus, melon, passion fruit and peach flavors. The fruit richness is finely balanced with tangy acidity.
