Very deep autumn/brown chestnut tone, perfect purity. The nose is closed off in the first passes, then with time and patience it opens up with concentrated scents of nuts, old oak, and raisins. The bouquet takes some effort to coax out, but once its released its bountiful in a restrained manner.
