Muscat and Tokay, are as original Australia as kangaroos. Nowhere else in the world are the grapes treated this way, and the Chambes family have been making wines in Rutherglen since 1858. As there is no irrigation the vines produce low tonnages, with wonderful concentrated flavor. These wines once opened, do not deteriorate and will allow months of sipping pleasure. Serve as an apeitif or after dinner drink Chambers wines are produced in very small quantities and may be difficult to find.
